Springtime International remains committed to the provision of quality standards that exceed customer expectations.
The key objectives are outlined as:
To pursue quality improvement initiatives through control and compliance of operating procedures
To monitor customer service data and provide a feedback to management and employees
To maintain confidence levels with customers, employees and stakeholders that the required quality parameters are delivered in products and services
To ensure that all operations seek, in the first instance, to protect personnel and the customer base by means of adherence to all legislative requirements as detailed by both local and Chinese authorities
To provide the necessary resources and trained manpower to empower quality compliance through the supply chain
 
Ethical Trading

It remains a prerequisite that we deliver to the customer a range of products that not only meet all functional expectations but also are produced within an open and ethically compliant environment.
We seek to ensure that all goods and services sourced within the Supply Chain conform to Ethical Trade Practices.
To ensure these standards are maintained, Springtime International undertakes to provide trained resources to monitor and verify our supply companies, adopted from the ETI Base.
This entails compliance to:
* Employment is freely chosen
* Freedom of association
* Safe and hygienic working conditions
* Non use of child labor
* Living wages are paid
* Working hours are not excessive
* No discrimination is practiced
* No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
A further commitment is given to assist all Supply Companies to embark on a continuous improvement program to ensure compliance to international and local labor laws.
This commitment is fulfilled by means of development of Supplier Partnership Programs encompassing full audit control on a continuous basis.

Springtime International continues to place a major focous on providing a range of products that meets customer expectations ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
This requires the application of well-managed process controls through the entire supply chain.
Irrespective of whether items are produced within our own manufacturing facilities or through our network of sourcing partners countrywide, the commitment and investment remains paramount.
We promote Good Manufacturing and Supply Practices to ensure that the working conditions of all Vendors producing for Springtime International meet or exceed international standards.
Whilst the focus remains on achieving outstanding quality standards, Springtime International also places a high priority on ensuring delivery of a portfolio of products that are manufactured at factories that are ethically compliant.
